GMP Concrete Foundations offers services in the residential, agricultural, and commercial industries. We will take your project from the ground up, with local excavation references, forming and pouring concrete footings and walls, backfill, and any other specialized needs.

With our forming system, we are able to form and pour concrete walls of various heights and thickness. We have the experience to complete projects ranging in size and difficulty to meet your needs.

Residential:

A conventional basement wall typically ranges in height from 7’10” to 8’0”. With our standard form being 8’6” tall, we are able to pour a conventional wall but also a slightly taller basement for a very reasonable price. We are able to complete houses of varying degrees of difficulty including angled walls, bay windows, walkout and lookout basements, and circular walls.

As part of our quote, we can also include to supply and install ¾” stone, drainage tile and sump pit, tar, and plastic drainage layer as required for your house. We offer the highest standard of quality in all of our work.

Agricultural:

For agricultural projects, we have a vast amount of experience with dairy, poultry, and pig barns, as well as material and equipment storage structures. Our system can pour walls of various heights based on the project needs including Styrofoam sandwich walls and manure tanks.

A specialty of GMP is manure storage structures. We can pour the base slab, supply and install all rebar as required, and form and pour the walls to your desired height and diameter. We can also provide references to local, experienced excavation contractors and engineering services if required to ensure the project is completed efficiently.

Commercial:  

GMP has experience working in the commercial sector as well. Depending on your business needs, we offer the ability to form and pour specialized items to optimize your business efficiency. We have experience in pouring various commercial items from large complex buildings to loading bays and retaining walls.
